Backoffice implementation at Garantum

In a recent collaboration, Favner has played a significant role in empowering Garantum’s technological advancements, serving as project leader, developers, and testers throughout the entire project. The project replaced several existing systems at Garantum, most important introduced the new BackOffice system OneFactor from Crosskey that is based on  Dynamics 365.

The migration to Dynamics 365 marks a significant milestone for Garantum, enabling them to leverage cutting-edge technology for a more agile and customer-centric approach. The collaboration between Favner, Cross Key, and Garantum exemplifies the power of strategic partnerships in delivering successful digital transformations.

The project implementation encompassed for example adding support for Garantum’s processes for structured financial products and enhanced KYC system on top of Dynamics 365. The enhanced KYC system enabling Garantum to reinforce customer identification and due diligence processes. Utilizing Roaring, the integration facilitated seamless access to individual and corporate data directly within the CRM system.
